Partner Visa Australia

PARTNER VISA | FIANCE VISA | SPOUSE VISA AUSTRALIA

Fallen in love? Australian partner visas aim to bring or keep you and your loved one together.

Partner visa applications can be some of the most challenging and at the same time some of the most rewarding as the goal is to be together with your loved ones.

Generally, there are two types of applications for spouse visas: Temporary and Permanent.

They can both be submitted at the same time and in or outside of Australia. Which way you do will depend on your personal situation. There is also a third type of application which can be used for those who are engaged and wish to bring their fiancé/ee to Australia.

If you are not married to your partner, one of the key things you will need to show is that you and your partner have been living together for at least twelve months.

If you are married or have registered the relationship, you will need to provide evidence of your relationship. The twelve-month period can sometimes be waived in this case.
